Raw Options - Response Training for Self Defence
Covering all attacks and threats, scenario based training course; usually trained after the first offensive skills course is finished. This is to specifically concentrate on training instinctive, naturally fluent and effective responses according to the situation. This strongly develops the awareness of the practitioner and along the way all situation variations are given – Eg, if from X position you are taken to the ground, from there for example you are on a dance floor working as security and actually have to work towards the restraint and eviction quickly and effectively.

This training is principal based and is taught effectively by looking at all variables and attack variations. This courses is ALWAYS successful as the basic offensive skills (now used as counters) have already been concentrated on purely for rapid development.

This course deals with threats whilst; Standing, sitting, leaning, talking, against walls, in a toilet cubical etc. Training simple and effective responses for both Civilians & Security/Law Enforcement alike (similar variations)
